I have a lot of experience with sets like this, since i use them for all gatherings at my place. Ive noticed that some sets seem a little more flimsy than others, sometimes the silver isnt even, etc. These plates do not suffer from those defects. They are large, sturdy, and the finish is even.If you wanted to have a realistic view of these, dont use them to serve 2 slices of meatloaf and a large helping of mashed potatoesIF you expect people to be walking around with them. But if youre serving these on a table, theyre gorgeous, they will hold 3 slices of meatloaf, mashed potatoes and veggies, and at the end of it, you can either hand wash them, or throw them away. The other thing I love about this particular set is that it comes with champagne flutes! Most other sets come with two sizes of glasses which is also good. But if youre planning on champagne or sparkling drinks, this is a great set.One caveat. The set is well-packaged in a box, with bubble wrap around the items, Nothing was broken when it arrived, However, while trying to put a champagne flute together, I pulled a little too hard on a base, and it broke. So be gentle and start at the top of pile of bases rather than try to pull them off the bottom.
I used these gold disposable dinnerware for my Christmas party, and they worked wonderfully. The plates are sturdy and have good weight to them, and they don't feel like normal cheap plasticware.I had about 30 people at my party, and it was enough for everyone there and I had plenty of extras leftover.I really like the gold look of the dinnerware, and I was torn between choosing rose gold and gold, but I went with gold. The plates come in 2 sizes, large and small, and the large plates are very big which is good for fitting a lot of food on the plates at parties. The cups are small and wide, but it fits about as much as a can of soda. The champagne glasses are tall but thin, so it doesn't hold as much as you might expect.Overall, I would say it is a good product at a good price for large parties.
2025-12-21. Disposable plastic dinnerware by Goodluck. Set for 40 guests. 320 pcs total.Color: White with gold trimSize: 320 pcs. Place settings for 40 people. This set includes:40 Dinner Plates40 Dessert Plates40 Champagne Glasses40 Cups40 Napkins40 Knives40 Forks40 SpoonsMy table is ready for the next holiday gathering for up to 40 people! This disposable dinnerware set from the Goodluck store includes 320 pieces of convenient, elevated -looking, and disposable dinnerware, this set is a classic white with gold trim. The included utensils are all of matching gold color! The white plates, clear cups and champagne cups all have gold trims. This is absolutely a complete set for 40 people There are 40 pre-rolled napkins with all your utensils that include fork, knife and spoon inside. Now that's ready-to-go convenience that will be much appreciated when you are busy and needed everywhere else! The plates, cups and cutleries are all made of plastic, so they do flex a little, but as long as no one is trying for the world record of most weight on a plastic plate, these dinnerware pieces should hold up.The utensils in this set are pretty much full-sized, similar to the regular ones I have in my kitchen, definitely longer than the value store packs. The plastic cups are a bit flexible too, and will break if squeezed too hard. The large and small plates each came cellophane packaged, and were further wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage while in transit, and the cups are also in a pack of 40 and then also bubble -packed. The champagne flutes are in packs of 10 and need to be assembled into its base. The fork, knife and spoons were all rolled up in their individual napkins and then packaged in two bags of 25 and 15, and I do love the convenience of this in terms of set up as well as use: grab 1 pack and you won't need to get up again because you forgot a utensil, yes, we've all been there. Go ahead and impress your guests with this quality, quick set-up dinnerware set!The plastics used in this set are BPA-free, no need to worry about chemicals going into the foods. If you're an environmentally conscious person , these plates will probably be good for a couple of uses if you're willing to handwash. Note that these plates are NOT dishwasher safe or microwave safe. While the utensils looks of good quality, they are still ultimately your typical one-time use and dispose, and to be fair, this set is meant to be disposable.
Initial thoughtsCatering Mama here, and when this Goodluck 320-piece gold disposable dinnerware set arrived I was like oh honey, were about to look fancy! Unboxed it and the gold is that perfect soft metallicnot tacky shiny, but elegant and warm. 40 of everything: dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates, forks, knives, spoons, and cups. I counted it twice because I always overbuy and run short, but this is spot-on for 40 guests. Pulled out a few pieces and immediately pictured my New Years Eve buffet looking like a million bucks.ReviewThis 320PCS silver disposable plastic dinnerware set is a total lifesaver for any catering mama hosting 40 people. The quality is way better than the cheap stuff Ive used beforeplates are thick and sturdy (no bending under a full scoop of mashed potatoes or lasagna), utensils have a nice weight and dont snap when youre cutting steak, and the cups hold a generous pour without feeling flimsy. The gold finish is gorgeous under lightingmakes everything feel upscale for holidays, weddings, showers, or big family dinners without the cleanup nightmare of real china. I set up a full place setting for a test run and it looked so polished; guests would never guess its disposable. Everything stacks neatly, packs away easy after the party, and the value is insanefull service for 40 at this price? Yes please. No weird plastic smell either, which is huge for food presentation. My only tiny note: the cups are a little on the smaller side for big wine pours, but perfect for cocktails or punch.Hacks & tips- Layer a gold charger plate (real or thrift find) under the dinner plate for extra wow without extra cost.- For buffet style, stack plates in groups of 10 with a cute sign (Dinner Plates Here)keeps the line moving and looks organized.- Pre-set utensils in bundles (fork + knife + spoon wrapped in a napkin with a gold ring) on a traysaves time and looks pro.- Use the dessert plates for appetizer bites or cake slicesgold makes even simple cookies look gourmet.- After the party, toss everything in large trash bags right on the tablecleanup in under 10 minutes and youre back to relaxing.Closing thoughtsIf youre a catering mama planning a big gathering (New Years, Christmas leftovers party, birthday bash for 40), grab this Goodluck gold set immediately. It turns a regular meal into something special, holds up to real food and real guests, and makes you look like you spent way more than you did. Im already eyeing it for Valentines catering gigs. Worth every pennymy tables have never looked better! ?????

Ordered this for a New Years party in my backyard. At first glance this kit is awesome in actuality this kit is the best. This kit comes with everything you need to host a decent size party for New Years or other event. All of the pieces are designed to match and have a very uniform finish. I have yet to see any of the plates break and the flutes were easy to assemble. I appreciate the fact the napkins are pre-rolled with the utensils included.Overall, this kit is a must have for any type of event.
