These bowls are a sturdy plastic. Only 50 came in the pack I got. The rim is beautiful. It is more of a gold, than a yellow. I like that better than the product pics. The only bad thing is that they don't hold much. For cereal or soup they wouldn't be good. They seem more like a fancy desert bowl. You can hand wash them but I am hesitant to put them in the dishwasher. The gold may flake off, but I don't think they would warp, since they seem sturdy enough. They come wrapped in plastic and then in bubble wrap.

These bowls are so good looking you will think they are ceramic or porcelain; but they are fairly heavy plastic with a smooth overall coating and a pretty gold design that matches plates and silverware in similar sets (only bowls are included, plates in photos are for comparison only). There are no sharp or rough edges.Being waterproof as well as good looking, these could be hand washed and reused which is not a bad plan since they are a little bit on the pricey side. However, if you are in a rush or just don't feel like washing dishes, they are cheap enough to just dispose of.Really like the strength, finish, design, and price.

These disposable plastic bowls were a great value. They were not only elegant to look at but they were very sturdy and had a notable depth to them. The gold rim around the bowls add a touch of class.I used these bowls at a Father's Day celebration. They were used to serve dessert and they worked exceptionally well. I loved how sturdy the bowls were, however, I did notice that there was a slight sharpness to the edge of the bowls.Overall I would recommend these bowls as they are certain to impress your guests at any occasion.

These are regular size spoons. I love to use these for elegant parties and events for dips like ranch, fruit dip, spinach dip and pimento cheese. Not sure how they would hold up in chicken salad or food items like that. But for what I need, they are a homerun!

Bought these for a surprise party. Colors for the party: red, black, and gold. Party girl likes a little bling so we wanted all of the gold accents to shine or shimmer. These spoons are good quality with a perfect shine. Pleased with the price as well. We are still using them weekly for home use and week-day lunches. Will certainly buy these again!

What I needed! I hope this helps others to not go through what I did trying to find the right size bowl for the mini cheesecakes they sell at Sam's. This bowl held the cheesecakes with plenty of toppings and looked very elegant as well. Not too big or too small...just right!
